Corina Greven

Founder and Director

Corina Greven is the Director of the Sensitivity Lab at Radboud University Medical Center, where she holds the first Chair in Environmental Sensitivity in Health. She is also affiliated with the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour in the Netherlands, and serves as Visiting Professor at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience in the UK. Her research focuses on advancing the scientific understanding of environmental sensitivity through an interdisciplinary approach.

 

She obtained her BSc (Hons) in Psychology from University College London (2007), followed by an MSc and PhD in Social, Genetic and Developmental Psychiatry from King’s College London (2008, 2011). Her work is supported by major funders, including Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, the Dutch Research Council (NWO), and MIND Netherlands. She contributes to European research programmes and large cohort studies such as DESTINIES, MIND, AIMS-2-TRIALS, the Healthy Brain Study and the Twins Early Development Study.

 

Prof. Greven has supervised more than ten PhD candidates and has received several scientific awards, including the Kramer-Pollnow Young Investigator Award, as well as team and open science recognitions. She regularly delivers keynote lectures at international conferences, and her work has been covered in the media. She also co-organises and chairs the International Conferences on Sensitivity Research.
